Depending on the package you buy, record a 2 - 10 minute video of the area you want to work on.

A front on view in the first instance and if possible:

• Side view (Must be able to see your gloves and hands)
• Have your technique analysed and any issues identified. We will help you correct these and offer advice to help you improve them. The three packages available have varying degrees of detail dependant on the ability of the player. These include:

• Development Feedback
• Senior & Elite Feedback
