With our trips to Bangalore we have joined forces with Knowledge Public School a Muslim orphanage. They do an amazing job keeping young children off the streets of Bangalore and look after them when there is no family capable. Each visit I ask my Pro Cricket Academies community to make donations and we have previously got them netting for their nets and hessian matting for their concrete surface.
We run a two hour fun coaching session for them teaching them the basics of the game, batting, bowling, catching and ground fielding. We also take them some sweets and goodies to enjoy after the session and our players mix and chat to the children about their lives and what they want to do in the future. A truly humbling experience. In 2024 we want to support them once again. The u13 & u15 now play cricket against other schools which is amazing. Having spoken to them recently they are in desperate need of trainers in any condition and size, including adults. Please forward your old trainers both boys or girls to the address below. If you are in any school or club WhatsApp groups and are able to help organise a group collection that would be greatly appreciated to:

Please give generously as all trainers collected will be posted to India and go towards these unbelievably resilient and amazing children.

Pro Cricket Academies
At Pro Cricket Academies we strongly believe that everyone has a duty of care to make this world a better place by doing what we can to help others. Once you join our community you will see that we are very active in the community.
For over four years now we have helped the Charles Thompson mission in Birkenhead. Every Christmas we have asked our community to dig deep and supply food for the mission over the Christmas period. We have also raised valuable funds for the mission which has been used to provide clothing, coats, tents, sleeping bags and much more for the homeless.
