Holiday Coaching Courses 2023 - 2024
Our Cricket Coaching courses are aimed at the 5 - 16yrs age range. We cater for the All Stars age range 5 - 7yr and offer a half day course from 9am - 12pm. We offer a full days coaching 9am - 4pm to the 7 - 16yr olds. All our courses are geared to develop the individuals that attend what ever their ability. Children will be grouped by age and ability and all areas of the game will be covered; Batting, Bowling, Ground fielding, Catching, Wicket keeping. Sessions will also include;
- Skill development for 5 & 6yr olds
- Target setting for both batters and bowlers
- Run chase scenarios against bowlers & bowling machine
- What areas to bowl at different stages of the game
- Field placements
- Power hitting
- Video analysis
- Matches
- Pressurised training drills
- Strength & conditioning specific to cricket
- Speed Agility & Quickness drills
- Bowling machine used
- Indoor matches
May Half-term 2023:

Summer Coaching Course with a trip to Old Trafford to watch England vs Australia:

Costs:
£40 per day (9am - 4pm) Monday - Thursday
£20 (9am - 12pm) - (5 - 9yrs) Monday - Thursday
£60 per day (8am - 7pm) Friday (Old Trafford Trip England vs South Africa 2nd day).
£210 Monday - Friday (Includes the trip to Old Trafford)
*Please note players need to be aged 7yrs old & above to go on the trip. Priority for the trip on Friday will be given to children attending the whole course.
